When you place an order to purchase products and services through the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Purchase Terms and Conditions.

We may refuse or cancel orders.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time without notice. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may require verification of information before accepting an order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

We may change information, including prices, of products and services listed on the Site.

All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order). We will correct errors that we discover, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted).

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the Site may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Refund / Return Policy

  • Creg Damron Furniture is not responsible for any merchandise damage once loaded on or in a customer's vehicle. Customer agrees to assume any and all risk of liability associated with the transport. Creg Damron Furniture will not be responsible for any accident caused by furniture or any material coming off the vehicle. We kindly ask that you call the store the day before you plan to pick up your furniture.

  • Special orders are non-cancelable and All Sales are Final, close-out/scratch and dent/floor models are available and sales cannot be canceled after merchandise has been delivered. 

  • We offer full service delivery that includes: Opening, inspecting and full assembly of your furniture. We recycle all cardboard, plastic and styrofoam.

  • Know the size of your room and make sure you're furniture purchase will fit in your room.  Things look smaller in store. We can't be responsible for furniture that doesn't fit in your room.

  • Because of insurance liability, we cannot move/rearrange existing furniture and accept no responsibility should the customer request such service. Creg Damron Furniture is not responsible for merchandise that does not fit into narrow area and accepts no liability for damage of property due to delivery

  • Please give 48 hour notice to change a delivery date. Orders must be paid in full before delivery. Financing, Cash, Check or Credit Card

  • Once your furniture is ordered, it can take 4 to 6 weeks under normal circumstances. 

  • Because each of our trucks have 8 to 12 stops, it is impossible to give an exact time of delivery

  • Store credits must be used within 90 days of issue or forfeited

  • 6% sales tax must be added to all purchases. State Law
